Green Smoothie Cubes
Being a new mum, this recipe has saved me on the days where my energy tank is running on empty!
These green smoothie cubes are a great addition to your weekly meal prep and perfect for busy weekdays when you need a refreshing drink or energy boost!
To make them, blend:
2 cups baby spinach
3 cups lettuce
1.5 cups mango
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp super greens powder
1 apple
1 pear
1 passionfruit
Water
Freeze in a large silicone cube tray! Once frozen, take out 2-3 cubes, blend with 1 cup of coconut water and serve!
