Dragonfruit Smoothie

This Dragonfruit smoothie is packed with antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and fibre! Not to mention it makes a delicious snack or a perfect summertime breakfast.


Ingredients


1 cup coconut & almond milk*
1/2 cup frozen dragon fruit
1/2 cup frozen banana
Handful of frozen blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp seeds

Method

Blend all ingredients and top with fresh blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds and coconut flakes.

*if smoothie is too thick, add more coconut/almond milk or water.
