Choc-almond Cookies
These are the perfect alternative to chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1 pinch salt
1 pinch baking powder
1 tsp monk fruit
3 tbsp dark agave or maple syrup
6 squares loving earth raw chocolate (chopped)
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 tbsp melted coconut oil
Method
Mix all ingredients, put on baking tray and cool for 10mins 170 degrees!
