Berry Frozen Yoghurt Bark

This berry frozen yoghurt bark is such a refreshing treat and perfect now that the weather is starting to warm up here in Sydney!

All you need to make it is:

2 cups Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy free)
2 tbsp local honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 strawberries, sliced
1-2 tbsp blueberries
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tsp chia seeds

Method:

1. Mix honey, vanilla and yoghurt until well combined.
2. Spread mixture onto a lined baking tray.
3. Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries, coconut and chia seeds.
4. Freeze for 2-3 hours (or until solid) and enjoy!
