Peanut Butter & Choc Chip Energy Balls
If you’re after peanut butter cookie dough goodness, I’ve got you covered! Perfect for a snack on the go - these energy balls are made with oats, which are an excellent source of dietary fibre, combined with protein-rich peanut butter and walnuts to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup organic quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth)
1/4 dark chocolate chips (or sugar-free choc chips)
2 tbsp crushed walnuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp water
1 tsp chia seeds
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Once combined, roll into 10 balls.
Refrigerate and enjoy!
