The best Raw Chocolate Fudge

This fudge is super delicious and vegan friendly, it tastes way to good to be healthy! The perfect gluten, dairy & refined sugar treat.

The perfect alternative to chocolate, rich in good fats and antioxidants!

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup hazelnut butter ( I used Maver's hazelnut & cacao spread)

1/2 cup raw cacao

1/2 cup rice malt syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped almond

 

What to do

1. Beat together coconut oil with hazelnut butter and raw cacao until combined.

2. Add rice malt syrup and vanilla, beat until combined then stir in almonds.

3. Line a pan with baking paper (or a slice tray), spread the mixture and freeze until hard.

4. Store in the freezer and see how long it lasts! ❤️
